- AI-powered future predictions and analysis

3. User Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

- Maintain and update your account information

5. Subscription and Payment Terms
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription:

- Yearly Subscription: $49/year
- Digital Products: Variable pricing
All payments are processed securely through PayPal. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:
- Unused Month Refunds: Refunds are processed only for unused months of subscription. On Yearly subscription, First 2 month is always charged at Monthly price, remaining 10 months are offered for free, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
- Partial Month Refunds: No partial refunds are provided for partially used months. Once a billing period has begun, the full month's subscription fee is non-refundable.
- Digital Products: Digital products and one-time purchases are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method through PayPal.
- Refund Requests: To request a refund, please contact our billing support at [email protected] with your subscription details.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
7. Disclaimers and Limitations
- The Service is provided “as is.” There are no warranties of any kind.
- Based on classical sources. Calculations and insights draw on traditional astrological scriptures, texts, and methodologies crafted by various experts; they remain within that framework.
- Not science per the wider scientific community. While many users value astrology, it is not treated as science outside its tradition.
- Methods and filters. KP-style rules (e.g., natal promise checks, dasha/trigger alignment) and classical analyses are used to organize outputs; they do not convert astrology into evidence-based prediction.
- No guarantee of real-world outcomes. Results can vary with data quality (e.g., birth-time precision), ephemeris choices, house systems, and interpretive rules. Real-world accuracy may or may not match.
- Use with judgment. Treat results as astrological guidance informed by established literature and expert-style analysis. For medical, legal, financial, or other critical matters, consult qualified professionals.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BestKundli and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
