• Ask Astrologer (AI Chat): Interactive AI-powered astrological consultations
• Profile Management: Multi-profile management for family members
• Mantra Library: Curated mantras and remedial suggestions

BestKundli reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Privacy and Data Protection

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Cancellation Policy

• Immediate Cancellation: When you cancel your subscription, access to all premium features is revoked immediately on the same day of cancellation. We do not offer continued access until the end of the billing period.
• No Grace Period: There is no grace period, cool-down window, or end-of-cycle access after cancellation. The moment your cancellation is processed, your account is downgraded to the free tier.
• Our Recommendation: If you wish to continue using premium features, do not cancel until you are ready to stop. We recommend cancelling on the last day of your billing cycle to get the most out of your paid period.
• Data Retention: Your account and any saved profiles are retained after cancellation. You may re-subscribe at any time to regain access to premium features.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. To prevent renewal charges, you must cancel before your next billing date.

Refund Policy

• No Refunds: BestKundli is a digital software service. Upon payment, you receive instant access to all premium features. Because access is delivered immediately and electronically, all subscription fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of usage or reason.
• Digital Nature of Service: As a digital product, there is no physical good to return. Once premium access is granted, the service has been fully delivered. This is consistent with standard digital goods and SaaS industry practices.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or PayPal for a valid subscription charge is a violation of these Terms. BestKundli reserves the right to permanently suspend accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks.

7.2 No Professional Advice

BestKundli does not provide, and nothing on this Service should be taken as:

7.5 Assumption of Risk and Informed Consent

By using this Service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• You are using this Service voluntarily, as an informed adult, and you assume full responsibility for any decisions you make based on the content provided.
• You will not hold BestKundli responsible for any life decisions - including but not limited to marriage, divorce, employment, financial investments, medical treatment, or relocation - made in reliance on astrological readings or AI-generated insights from this platform.
• You have been clearly warned and proceed with full awareness of the limitations of astrological guidance.

7.6 "As Is" Service

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. BestKundli does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7.7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BestKundli, its owners, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• Damages arising from your reliance on astrological readings, predictions, or AI-generated content;
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data;
• Any other damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

In no event shall BestKundli's total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to BestKundli in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim, or (b) USD $10, whichever is higher.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BestKundli and its owners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of or access to the Service;
• Any decision or action you take in reliance on astrological readings, predictions, or AI-generated content from the Service;
• Your violation of these Terms of Service;
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including privacy, intellectual property, or other proprietary rights.

9. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

9.1 Informal Resolution First

9.2 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and not in a court of law, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

9.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND BESTKUNDLI AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. No arbitration or proceeding shall be combined with another without the prior written consent of all parties.

13. AI-Generated Content

Significant portions of the content, readings, and responses delivered through BestKundli are generated by artificial intelligence systems, including large language models. You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated astrological content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or contextually inappropriate.
• No licensed or certified astrologer has individually reviewed, verified, or certified any AI-generated output before it is delivered to you.
• AI outputs are probabilistic in nature and should never be treated as definitive, authoritative, or factually correct statements about your life, health, finances, or future.
• BestKundli is not responsible for any harm, loss, or negative outcome arising from your reliance on AI-generated content.

14. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or integrations (including but not limited to PayPal, Google Sign-In, and cloud infrastructure providers). These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. BestKundli:

• Does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party services;
• Is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on any third-party service;

15. Severability

No waiver by BestKundli of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition.
